The last years of my life I am focused on practicing and teaching yoga. At the same time I continue my education by attending yoga courses and seminars in Greece. I have been practicing yoga since 2005. I was trained in the method of Iyengar Yoga. I have recognition by the international organization Yoga Alliance International ( 200h ) from AF Studies - Vinyasana Yoga Academy. I am trained by world recognized instructors. I like to teach yoga with humor and enthusiasm.
